Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Dry Season purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund or exchange within 24 hours.

Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Double-check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
